Introduced in the late 80s, the V shaped head design (keel shape) changed the spinnerbait head design over night. As the keel of boats has proven, V-FLAT head design improves stability and ability to navigate, and weed avoidance, and when retrieved fast the blades starts to roll left and right.

Megabass Lures : XS135 "Limberlamber" (New 2006)

Finally, the eagerly awaited final weapon of S-method arrives from Megabass! Its name is XS135 "Limberlamber". XS refers to the "drum" manufactured by ITO Engineering, which changed the air content in the air block material, bringing about overwhelming fishing performance. Megabass Factory uses this technology, and finishes by hand to make the Limberlamber. The S-shaped action automatically generated by straight retrieve causes a sharp change in direction, with overwhelming turn-in and kick. XS transmits the action in the water to the hands of the angler clearly, overcoming a common complaint with conventional swimbaits. Therefore, its air block material of high buoyoncy reacts to the angler's rod work quickly. It completes the wide slide and dart in the water, aggressive escape and dash, and produces underwater dog walk with sharper action in a shorter retrieve period. Limberlamber mimics the action of real bait itself, enticing otherwise neutral monster bass to attack. XS has one other variant, Type FS (Fast Sink) which targets deeper water monster bass.

Megabass Lures : XJ-100 (New 2006)

XJ-100 is not just a joint plug but a super swing bait with outstanding ability. XJ-100 plays an active role as a swing crank bait which bears down on super shallow areas while retrieving straight. Unlike many joint plugs which have a wobbling action, XJ-100's "High Pitch Swing" with "Rolling" brings out "Vibration Impact" equal to that of a vibration plug.

XJ-100 is so responsive to every subtle twitch and jerk due to XJ's original balancer system (PAT.). The action is so wide and excellent as to turn the abdominal area over and do a roll. In addition, dynamic flat casting and kick at the time of contact with obstacles is like the movement of many baitfish themselves. XJ beats up on the surface of the water with a high pitched swing and active movements.
